WHEN SHOULD I PERFORM MAINTENANCE ON MY VEHICLE?
All vehicles come with a maintenance schedule from the manufacturer to help keep it functioning as designed. Most schedules are timed around 30-60-90K miles, where different fluids and parts should be inspected and changed. Oil and filters should be changed more often, every 3-5K miles. Some consumable or wearable items will need replacing every 30K miles. Other parts, like shocks and struts, are designed to last 50K-100K miles but depend largely on environmental conditions. Your driving habits can also play a significant role in the required maintenance of your import. New Dimensions Automotive can perform scheduled maintenance on imports helping to extend the life of your vehicle, potentially avoiding costly repairs down the road.

IMPORT CAR AND TRUCK REPAIR
When it comes to import auto repairs it’s vital to choose a reputable and experienced shop to handle your import. German engineering differs from Asian, and equally so from American engineering. If your technician lacks the proper education of various theories, they may have a difficult time providing accurate diagnostics. Some shops only have access to basic software; nothing specific to your vehicle make and model. New Dimensions Automotive has access to two technical databases, which include manufacturer Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and full schematics of your import. Our shop continuously invests in software updates to our state-of-the-art computer scanner, to include new year, make, and model vehicles. Our repair technicians hold an Associate’s degree in Automotive, are certified, and in some cases factory trained. Experience is also key. Our shop services on average 12-15 vehicles a day, many of which are imports. When a repair is necessary, our service department can access both manufacturer and aftermarket part options. Import repairs also come with a Nationwide Limited Warranty administered by ProVantage®.
