New Dimensions Automotive offers vehicle pick-up and drop-off services to customers within 5-miles of our repair facility, Monday through Friday by appointment.
A convenience fee of $10 will be applied to oil changes and all jobs under $50.
HOW IT WORKS

Get in Touch: Reach out to our service department by calling or texting to discuss your vehicle’s needs and request an appointment.

Vehicle Pickup: A skilled technician will visit your business or home for vehicle pickup.*

Key Drop-off: Leave your keys in a safe, pre-designated location, or we can coordinate with you upon arrival, meeting you at your vehicle.

Service Center: Your vehicle will be serviced at our professional service center in Mesa, AZ, by our experienced team.

Your Consent Matters: Rest assured, no additional services will be performed on your vehicle without your prior consent

Payment Convenience: All services, including any applicable convenience fee, must be paid by 4 pm for same-day drop-off. We accept credit card payments over the phone or through a secure email.

Vehicle Return: Once the service is complete, a technician will return your vehicle and keys to you or a designated safe location. Lock boxes are also available for added security.

Invoice Copy: A copy of your invoice is available electronically or can be safely left in your vehicle for your records.
