Shop Guarantee
Our Repair Guarantee
New Dimensions Automotive is pleased to offer a repair guarantee for 12 months / 12,000 miles (whichever comes sooner) on most repairs. To qualify for this guarantee, the customer must purchase all recommended parts, materials, and labor from New Dimensions Automotive. Proof of original purchase must be provided. All warranty repairs must be scheduled and performed by a New Dimensions Automotive facility, or sublet by New Dimensions Automotive, within 12 months or 12,000 miles of the original repair invoice date. Warranty repairs may not exceed the cost on the original invoice. If the customer requests or the facility recommends a higher-grade part or manufacturer, the customer shall be responsible for the difference in price. This limited warranty is extended only to you, the original purchaser, and not to anyone who may purchase your vehicle from you during the term of the warranty.
Service secured through any other source will not be reimbursed.
WARRANTY REPAIRS MUST BE ARRANGED THROUGH OUR SHOP OR WITH THE NATIONWIDE WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR
What is NOT COVERED by this Guarantee:
Any repairs not directly related to the original invoice are not covered under warranty. All warrantable parts and labor must be clearly listed on the original invoice.
Repairs performed using customer-supplied parts are not covered under warranty.
Deposits for canceled services are non-refundable. Special order parts that are designated as non-returnable or non-refundable by the supplier are also non-refundable. These may include, but are not limited to, programmable components, electronics, keys, and VIN-specific parts.
Any non-warranty services performed at the same time as a warranty repair must be paid for by the customer.
This warranty does not apply if the vehicle has been subjected to abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or tampering by anyone other than New Dimensions Automotive or its employees.
Employees or agents of New Dimensions Automotive do not have the authority to modify warranty terms or make additional promises beyond those stated herein.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to additional expenses incurred as a result of a repair or service.
New Dimensions Automotive is not responsible for towing costs, or for parts and labor performed by any other facility. All warranty repairs must be performed by New Dimensions Automotive or must be pre-approved in writing.
No reimbursement will be provided for parts, labor, or towing expenses incurred without prior written authorization.
This warranty applies to repairs only. Maintenance services, including oil changes and light bulbs, are not covered.
